Have you ever wondered what are the differences between a and one?
Pay attention to a & one in these two examples:
There is a vacant seat in this row.
There is one vacant seat in this row.
The first example means that there is one vacant seat but the second sentence means that there is only one seat not more.
The fist sentence does not mention the number of seats which means there is at least a seat but the second sentence means there is maximum one seat.

به حرف a و one توی دو عبارت بالا توجه کنید:
جمله ی اول میگه توی ردیف، یک جای خالی هست، اما جمله ی دوم میگه که توی این ردیف فقط یه جای خالی هست نه بیشتر.
توی جمله ی اول اشاره به تعداد نکرده. به عبارتی یعنی حداقل یه جای خالی هست اما جمله ی دوم میگه حداکثر یه جای خالی هست.
